How to Send Announcements

We are glad to help promote your event.  However, we need your information two weeks ahead of time sent by e-mail to tammy@missionary.radio, by fax 270-885-7210, or by mail to Missionary Radio, PO Box 1029, Hopkinsville, KY 42241. 

Please Note: We will not take announcements by phone.

You may bring it by 1100 East 18th Street in Hopkinsville during business hours.  If we are not open, then you can leave it in the slot at the front door and we will get it. 

If you leave it on the weekend in the slot, you will not hear your announcement on the air or see it on the website until the following week.

We rotate ALL announcements and cannot guarantee how many times they will be aired.


  • Child Evangelism Fellowship Program

    Looking for a child centered program but don’t have enough help?  Child Evangelism Fellowship has teams that provide the curriculum for a 1 and a 1/2 hour-long program, as well as volunteers, signs, and advertising flyers.  Your church would simply need to help advertise, provide a location, recruit a few volunteers for anything extra such as crafts, and interact with parents.  CEF has an opening to help June 8-12 for a morning or afternoon session. The purpose is to provide a Jesus-filled program in Montgomery county and beyond for one week this summer!  For information call CEF at 931-241-8202.

  • Summer Day Camp

    Living Word International Ministries-Clarksville is hosting their Summer Day Camp June 1-30 from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.  Camp Options are:  Camp Victory Summer Day Camp-for Pre-K3 & Pre-K4, and S.E.L.F.(Summer Education Learning is Fundamental)-for students who have completed Kindergarten thru 5th grade.  Contact them for tuition, registration, and activity fees at 931-645-9596.  10% sibling discount available.  Before and after care available for an additional fee.   

  • Truth in Nature Mentorship & Ministry Programs

    Truth in Nature, a national Christian nonprofit organization, is getting ready to launch its outdoor mentorship and ministry programs for fatherless boys in Hopkinsville and surrounding communities, and will begin programming in June 2026.  Applications are being accepted for participants and mentors.  Boys must be middle or high school aged and come from a fatherless or single-parent home to participate.  Men interested in serving as mentors, as well as families wishing to enroll their boys, contact Phil Roland, Program Director, at phil.roland@truthinnature.org or 270-484-0498.
